What we offer
Event Specific Training
Sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws, mid/distance, and relays. All experience levels welcome!
Competition Opportunities
Local meets in Denver and Colorado Springs through winter and summer.
Strength Training
Our middle school athletes learn proper lifting techniques and safe training habits that support long-term athletic development and injury prevention.
Speed Development
Ideal for athletes of all sports looking to improve speed by building a strong foundation in sprint mechanics.
Training Calendar
August - November
Fall Training Group
Training emphasis: Speed development, event-specific skills coaching, foundations of strength training for middle schoolers.
December - January
Indoor Competition Season
Training emphasis: Speed development, competition prep, event-specific skills, strength training for middle schoolers.
June - July
Summer Competition Season
Training emphasis: Competition training, speed development, event-specific skills, strength training for middle schoolers.
Training locations: Kula Sports Performance (8525 E Arapahoe Rd Greenwood Village) AND Valor Christian High School (3775 Grace Blvd Highlands Ranch)
Practice Schedule: 2-3 days per week depending season
Session Length: 1-1.5hrs

Building the Foundation
Our coaching staff brings more than 50 years of combined experience developing athletes at every level. Our experienced coaching staff teaches age-appropriate fundamentals with an emphasis on proper technique, safety, and long-term athletic development. Every athlete receives coaching tailored to their experience and goals.
Expert Coaching
Athletes learn and grow alongside teammates in a positive, encouraging environment. From cheering each other on at meets to competing in relays, they'll build friendships, confidence, and a love for the sport while learning the value of teamwork, commitment, and supporting those around them.
